How it works:

1. Arc generates white light
2. Illumination optics and lamp reflector transmit light to the color wheel
3. Color wheel filters light to create red, green, and blue
4. Integrator element homogenizes light
5. Optics relay or collimate the image of integrator face
6. Optics relay or collimate theimage of integrator face
7. Fold mirrors are used to improve packaging
8. Optics focus the image of the integrator onto the DMD
9. DMD modulates the light
10. Projection lens magnifies the DMD image 50-100x
