In 1997 Vicki and Andy DeLong created Brilliant Technologies to provide advanced optical solutions for the electronic imaging industry. Since then, Brilliant has worked closely with industry leaders to develop the smallest, brightest products available anywhere. The DeLongs established Brilliant Technologies to enable short product development cycles by combining experience, innovation and relationships.
A member of Texas Instrument's Digital Imaging group until 1997, Ms. DeLong assisted in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy to introduce a revolutionary new technology, Digital Light Processing (DLP)™ to the projection display industry. As a direct report to the worldwide MARCOM manager, Ms. DeLong worked with agencies to develop media campaigns and with customers to develop channel distribution relationships and to create collateral pieces.
Ms. DeLong is an honor graduate of University of North Texas' College of Business Administration where she was named Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management.
